About Paid Membership

Paid members are guaranteed up to JP¥5,000,000 as Payment Protection Plan coverage for logistics expenses (freight, packaging, pickup and delivery, customs clearance, etc.). The maximum amount of Payment Protection Plan coverage and the membership fee differs for each type of business. Please feel free to contact us if you have questions. Please note that the cost of goods (INVOICE VALUE) will not be part of Payment Protection Plan coverage. The Payment Protection Plan is designed to allow paying members to conduct business together without worrying about the integrity or financial stability of their business partners. The goal is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our paying members and avoid the time and expense of background checks and credit checks on our business partners.
